As a Meetings & Events Coordinator, you play a key role in bringing these experiences to life. Once an event is confirmed, you take ownership of the full coordination, ensuring every detail is aligned and every stakeholder is informed.

You are the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, making sure each event runs smoothly from planning to execution.

You manage meetings and events from A to Z after confirmation, ensuring a flawless and professional follow-up.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating meetings and events from confirmation to execution
• Preparing and following up on event details, planning and schedules
• Communicating professionally with clients via email and phone
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the process
• Aligning closely with internal departments such as F&B, Front Office and Sales
• Translating client expectations into clear internal instructions
• Ensuring all details are accurately entered and managed in the system
• Supporting group room reservations and ensuring booking accuracy
• Organising and leading pre-event briefings with operational teams
• Monitoring event progress and making adjustments where needed
• Contributing to a smooth and high-quality guest experience

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and ensures seamless coordination of meetings and events.

Your profile:

• Maintains clear overview in complex planning and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
• Communicates fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, with professional and error-free written communication when interacting with clients
• Understands what excellent service looks like and consistently translates this into every interaction
• Builds strong relationships across departments and ensures alignment between teams
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management or a related field
• Experience in hospitality or events is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with planning tools, reservation systems (e.g. Opera) and Excel
