A day in the life of…

As Front Office Supervisor you will assist the Front Office manager to lead the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams.

You will:

* act as the manager on duty.
* be the team leader and assist with the introduction of new team members.
* assist your team with all challenges and issues during evenings/weekends.
* oversee all continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.

Based in the Marriott Ghent, you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within the hospitality industy, preferrably in a branded property. It is essential that you have experience working with a Central Reservations System and have excellent communication skills.
