Tasks
As Reception Shift-leader, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience is delivered at all times. In this role, you will be;
- Responsible for introduction and training of each team member
- Ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality are demonstrated at all times
- Ensuring that your team are fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel
- Additionaly, you make sure your team passes information onto the guest in order to maximise hotel sales.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask effectively whilst leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. You will have previous experience of supervising others within a front office capacity and will ideally have knowledge of a hotel front office system.
You are multilingual and have knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
