As Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting and executing all Meetings & Events business within the hotel in line with Interstate core values.

In this role, you will:

• Be a first point of contact for the guests, both on the phone, mail and during the event;
• Handle reservation requests from A to Z;
• Do the commercial follow-up of contracts;
• Be working together with all operational departments to ensure a good service;
• Invoice in the Opera system and do follow-up and after-sales;
• Do the reporting to management;
