We are now looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to strengthen our team.

Tasks

A day in the life of…

We are now seeking to appoint a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping team and to assist the housekeepig manager by;

Making sure that the department is always staffed correctly, and drawing up the hourly schedules;
Recruitment, training and developing the team
Monitoring the correct performance of the activities
Providing operational support
Monitoring the inventory of the operational equipment
Monitoring and analysing customer feedback and implementing change
Regularly evaluating the housekeeping activities to provide better service
Assisting with the preparation and managing budgets for the department
Assisting with monthly reports to reflect departmental performance
Working in line with Marriott brand standards
