Tasks
A day in the life of…
We are now seeking to appoint a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping team and to assist the housekeepig manager by;
- Making sure that the department is always staffed correctly, and drawing up the hourly schedules;
- Recruitment, training and developing the team
- Monitoring the correct performance of the activities
- Providing operational support
- Monitoring the inventory of the operational equipment
- Monitoring and analysing customer feedback and implementing change
- Regularly evaluating the housekeeping activities to provide better service
- Assisting with the preparation and managing budgets for the department
- Assisting with monthly reports to reflect departmental performance
- Working in line with Marriott brand standards
