Tasks
As a Cost Controller / purchasing assistant, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling, profitability and pricing aspects.
Next to the F&B department you assist the finance team to analyze / control economic & financial data of all departments in the hotel and make concrete suggestions how the total hotel operation can be improved in a cost-efficient way.
Additionally, assisting the GM & Director of finance with the purchasing process in the hotel: compare offers, negotiate & review contracts, assist in placing orders.
