• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to our quality standards.
• Replenish towels, bed linens and other amenities in a timely manner.
• Report maintenance issues or irregularities to your supervisor.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner when needed.

• Preferably, you have experience in housekeeping or cleaning, but motivated candidates without experience are also welcome.
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., including weekends. On Sundays and public holidays, working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• You can work independently but also thrive in a team.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch or English.
• You have a keen eye for detail and strive for high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• You are physically fit for active work.
• You are looking for a full-time (38h/week) position.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites opened at the end of 2024 in Ghent. The hotel is conveniently located along the E17 (exit U.Z. Ghent), with parking and good connections for bicycles, e-scooters, and public transport. We offer our guests a comfortable place just outside the city center – close to everything Ghent has to offer.

Our location is easily accessible, no matter where you come from. The hotel is located at Akkerhage 2B, 9000 Ghent, right by exit 9 (U.Z. Ghent) of the E17. Coming by car? Park worry-free in our spacious parking lot. Cyclists, scooter riders, or speed-pedelec users can easily reach us via safe and well-constructed cycle paths, with a convenient bicycle parking on site. Public transport also gets you here effortlessly: tram and bus stops are within walking distance, with smooth connections via De Lijn.
