
Sales Manager Events

We are currently looking for Sales Manager Events.
Tasks
targets of our Events Department. You have a passion for developing sustainable and profitable business relationships and actively contribute to the growth of our brand.
• Develop sustainable and profitable business relationships through effective communication and commercial solutions.
• Management of the entire sales process, including translating customer expectations into commercial proposals and following up on sold events in collaboration with Operations Events.
• Meticulous application of internal sales processes, estimating models and sales policies.
• Prepare quotations and contracts in accordance with the directives of the Head of Sales, Marketing and Communications.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders, and prepare cost estimates and contracts.
• Ensure smooth and professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Innovation and presentation of catering formulas, event maps and event concepts in collaboration with Marketing, Communications and Operations Events.
• Project-based collaboration and process-based thinking to ensure efficient and quality
Profile
• Strong communication and commercial skills, with a customer and solution-oriented approach.
• Team player with leadership skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Stress resistant and agile, able to act and deliver quickly.
• Administratively accurate and structured, with an eye for detail.
• Organizational and administrative strong, with a hands-on mentality.
• Proactive, flexible and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• A passion for hospitality and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and have basic knowledge of English.
• Work experience is a plus, but common sense and a positive attitude are even more important!
