Merchants and travellers from all over the world have been coming to Antwerp since the 16th century to trade in goods and gems, as from 2022, Sapphire House Antwerp welcomes these merchants (corporate) and travellers (leisure) once again. Tasks
The Night Auditor handles daily accounting tasks like reporting revenues with accounts transactions during business hours before taking on reception duties at night to accommodate late-night guests.
Taks;
- Welcoming customers & guests in a friendly manner
- Ascertains the purchasing needs of guests.
- Assists customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner, with appropriate follow-up as needed.
- Monitors lobby and work area determine customer flow.
- Facilitates correspondence with customers.
- Collaborates with other staff, managers, and resources.
- Preparing reports for the next day's work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail.
- Responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed
