As we are growing our portfolio of restyled and rebranded hotels conform our Pillows Standards and Etiquette, we are looking for a professional Deputy Hotel Manager.

As the Deputy Hotel Manager you operate next to the Hotel Manager and the main host to our guests. You will have full responsibility for he day to day operations. You will lead the team to achieve our common goal of ultimate guest satisfaction. You live and breath luxury, have an eye for detail and understand the expectations of our guests. With all that you are co-accountable to realize the set qualitative and quantitative objectives by delivering an up-to-date product and service offering. You will facilitate the success of the team and the location and identify improvement opportunities. As the deputy you focus on a flawless administration to provide the necessary management information.

You will report to the Hotel Manager and will work fulltime in a changeable time schedule.

- Proven track record in the luxury hotel business
- Personal drive to create, promote and manage a new concept
- Entrepreneurial mindset, practical and resilient
- A hospitality host who exceeds guest expectations with the team
- By nature you understand the commercial aspects of the business
- Able to create and provide necessary management information
- Professional and communicative language skills in Dutch, English and preferably French
