The well-known Grand Hotel Reylof will undergo a metamorphosis in the summer of 2018. The entire service we offer will change, due to the implementation of our luxury boutique hotel concept Pillows. The reopening is planned for October 8th 2018. That is why we are looking for you.

Your role
As Host Front Office you will be co-responsible for creating unique experiences and for the overall well-being of our guests. There is no counter as you will be working out of The Living. In The Living you will ensure a warm welcome and make your guests comfortable and offering a drink like you would at home. With your attention for detail you ensure the perfect ambiance. Additionally you will show genuine guest focus by escorting all guests to their room or suite where you will ensure their well-being. You will proactively provide information about the hotel and the points of interest in the area. As part of an all-round team of hosts you will combine your front office focus with back office work and where needed you are delighted to serve a drink.

Who are you?
Are you communicative and creative in finding solutions? Do you deliver genuine guest services? Are you able to unveil the guest’s travel purpose and will you act accordingly?

Check your profile

• Several years of luxury hotel or travel experience with international guests.
• A completed hospitality degree.
• Keen interest in continuously growing your hospitality and luxury experience.
• Able to work independently with a positive mindset and able to make the necessary decisions when prompted.
• A true teamplayer who can easily integrate in the current team.
• Impeccable communicative skill in Dutch, French and English.
