As a room attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner.

Your role includes:

• Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to our quality standards
• Replenishing towels, linens, and amenities in a timely manner
• Reporting technical issues or irregularities to your supervisor
• Assisting with deep cleaning rounds and specific housekeeping tasks
• Being open to guest interaction and offering friendly assistance when needed

Based in the Residence Inn by Marriott Ghent hotel you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus, but motivation and attitude matter most
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends
• You can work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
• You communicate easily in English or Dutch
• You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in cleanliness and presentation
• You are looking for a full-time position (38h/week)
