Become part of a fantastic team of passionate professionals! As a Front Office professional, you are the first and last person the guest interacts with. You check in guests upon arrival and out upon departure. You proactively respond to guest wishes and suggestions. When a guest desires food or drinks, they can turn to you. You efficiently handle complaints. During busy periods, teamwork is crucial, and you collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth distribution of tasks. As a Night Receptionist, you handle the daily tasks of a Front Office employee, but with a twist. You work when the sun sets and are responsible for receiving guests arriving in the evening, ensuring security, and preparing a report of the previous day. You are ready and make proactive decisions when necessary. Towards the end of your shift, you prepare the breakfast table so our guests can start their day wonderfully.
