Sapphire House Antwerp is the first Autograph Collection by Marriott. This historic building, dating from the 16th century, welcomes guests in one of its 139 rooms and suites. Tasks

Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
Mise en place
Development of the menu together with the Chef
Managing and motivating kitchen staff
Supervising compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
Monitoring the quality of dishes and monitoring the progress of work in the kitchen
