• You are responsible for the mise en place of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• You are responsible for the layout and presentation of the plates.
• You check the stock and communicate this with the other chefs.
• You are responsible for receiving delivered goods and ensuring that they are cleaned, packaged, and processed immediately in accordance with FIFO guidelines.
• You check the quality and freshness of the products.
• You ensure a clean working environment during your shift and clean the kitchen after your shift.
• You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

• You have experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or hotel
• You have a degree in cooking
• You are stress-resistant and reliable
• You have knowledge of HACCP rules
• You are motivated and can interact with guests in a friendly manner
• You can work both independently and as part of a team
• You are guest-oriented and have a positive attitude
• You are flexible, so you are also available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• You have a broad knowledge of languages, at least French and English, and Dutch is a plus
