Tâches
- Regularly visiting clients and guests to build strong, long-lasting relationships and gain a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations
- Analyzing client requests and market trends to develop tailored and effective sales proposals
- Representing the hotel at events, trade fairs, and networking occasions to increase brand visibility both locally and internationally
- Building and maintaining a broad network of business contacts and potential clients
- Monitoring and analyzing monthly booking volumes and contractual performance, and reporting findings to the Director of Sales
- Collaborating closely with the MICE and Reservations departments to align and safeguard pricing agreements and sales strategies
- Preparing and managing LCR contracts with corporate clients, ensuring accurate communication and documentation of all agreements
- Actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets and budget goals through a driven and results-oriented approach
- Planning and executing sales initiatives based on data and reports to generate new business opportunities
- Keeping administrative tasks up to date on a weekly basis, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and client interactions
- Serving as the enthusiastic and energetic face of the hotel in the market, with a strong focus on acquiring new business
Profil
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role within the luxury segment (hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or premium services)
- You have proven experience in the leisure segment
- You consistently succeed in increasing revenue through effective sales approaches and client-focused solutions
- You are a natural networker who effortlessly builds lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- You are driven and results-oriented, with a clear focus on closing high-quality deals
- You possess strong empathy and understanding of the needs of high-end clientele
- You have a strategic helicopter view without losing sight of operational details
- You act as a true brand ambassador, consistently creating experiences that reflect our premium identity
- You are creative in developing sales strategies, offers, and tailored client proposals
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a strong asset
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have experience with CRM systems
- You combine commercial flair with natural persuasive skills
- You are eager to learn, analytically minded, and constantly looking for ways to improve processes and results
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and don’t adhere to a strict 9-to-5 mentality – availability during weekends or events is no problem
