As Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all. You answer all questions of our guests and ensure they enjoy a Brilliant Stay in Gent. You ensure that management is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. You maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. You connect with other departments in the hotel to ensure our service is Best In Class throughout their stay. You comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Based in the Residence Inn by Marriott Ghent, you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best does not always mean working around the clock.
