The modern Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport offers the perfect blend of hotel convenience and the coziness of your own apartment. Situated in an ideal location, just 5 km from the largest Brussels airport and a mere 7-minute stroll from the train station, it ensures easy access to key locations like the NATO headquarters and the bustling city center of Brussels. The hotel will have 160 apartments and will offer breakfast and light meals to guests all day.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Managing reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handling payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
