Within the Eurostar Lounges in Paris, you will embody the art of hospitality with style, precision, and creativity.

Your Responsibilities
• Design and serve signature and classic cocktails with mastery and creativity
• Deliver a high-end, warm, and personalised guest experience
• Maintain an impeccably organised, clean, and well-presented bar area
• Participate in the development of new menus and their operational rollout
• Support and train back-up team members during menu changeovers
• Uphold the high standards of quality and service that define the Eurostar Premier experience

Your Profile
• Experience in a high-end bar and in mixology
• Fluent English essential to work with an international clientele
• Excellent presentation and an impeccable sense of service
• Dynamism, speed of execution, and strong attention to detail
• Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to work in a demanding, premium environment
• Genuine passion for the bar industry and the guest experience

What We Offer
• Permanent contract (CDI) – 35 hours per week
• 3-month interim period prior to permanent hire
• Comfortable hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• All weekends off
