Arno Ristorante is set to open in October 2025 in a brand-new, state-of-the-art event center in Ghent. We’re looking for a driven Restaurant Supervisor who can seamlessly connect the floor team, the guests, and the management. Someone who will organize and coordinate daily service and closely monitor operational processes.

• You are the first point of contact for the front-of-house team during service.
• You guide and coach waiters and supporting staff on the floor.
• You oversee the practical organization of the dining area: setting tables, leading shift briefings, supervising service and hospitality.
• You assist with shift planning and help prepare work schedules.
• You are responsible for properly opening and closing the restaurant.
• You identify operational improvements and propose optimizations to management.
• You communicate smoothly with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
• You jump in where needed and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a lead waiter, front-of-house supervisor, or shift leader in hospitality.
• You speak fluent Dutch and/or English and communicate professionally.
• You are well-organized, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
• You exude hospitality and have an eye for detail and quality.
• You know how to coach and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
• You are flexible and available in a variable schedule from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM.
