• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Events & Experience Manager(s) and Director of Business Development, the Events & Experience Executive manages the delivery of conferences and meetings, promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos. 
• Maximize, Maintain and develop contacts with business generators, meeting and conference planners, visitors/Conference Bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts. 
• Communicate and coordinate with all operational departments (Front Office, F&B, M&E OPS, Sales, Reservations) to ensure the flawless organization of (residential) meetings & events and group bookings

You are the ideal candidate if :

• You've experience in an Events role ideally
• You're fluent in English and the knowledge of Dutch and/or French is as plus
• You've a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite
