Guest Service Manager

Tâches

As Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of your team, as well as overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Mercure Bristol North, The Grange hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
