To strengthen our Engineering team, we are looking for a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician. In this role, you help ensure that our hotel facilities, electrical installations and guest areas remain in excellent condition, contributing directly to a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and its technical installations. You proactively identify issues, perform repairs and contribute to preventive maintenance, ensuring our facilities remain in excellent condition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing daily technical inspections throughout the hotel
• Carrying out minor repairs to rooms, public areas, furniture and installations
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to electricity, plumbing and sanitary systems
• Assisting with preventive maintenance of technical equipment and installations
• Coordinating with external suppliers or contractors when necessary
• Supporting safe working procedures and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Maintaining basic technical administration and reporting
• Contributing to an efficient and well-maintained hotel environment

You are a hands-on technical all-rounder with a proactive mindset. You are eager to learn, attentive, and friendly towards both colleagues and guests. You remain calm in a dynamic environment, can work independently and enjoy being part of a team.

Your profile:

• You have a good knowledge of electrical systems
• Knowledge of sanitary/plumbing systems is an important asset
• Experience in technical maintenance, facility services or a similar role is a plus
• You work independently and have a proactive mindset
• You are flexible and comfortable working in a hotel environment
• You communicate professionally and work well with colleagues and external partners
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English
• You are willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and an on-call rotation
