Role & Team
In this position, you report directly to the Food & Events Manager. You will work in close collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure a perfect synergy between the kitchen and the restaurant floor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and professional service operations.
• Guest Management: Manage guest reception and reservations to maintain a high-quality flow.
• Mentorship: Train, mentor, and inspire staff to uphold our service and presentation standards.
• Administration & Finance: Responsible for monthly staff scheduling, FOH payroll, cash counting, and till processing procedures.
• Stock & Inventory: Oversee monthly stocktaking, inventory control, and support menu changes.
Got the skills?
• Experience in a fine dining environment is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to perform and lead under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of food and wine is a significant plus.
