Hotel Julien is een uniek boetiekhotel in hartje Antwerpen. Het hotel is uitgerust met 21 kamers en biedt gasten een aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf in het midden van een bruisende stad.
Het pand dateert van de 16e eeuw en combineert eeuwenoude elementen met tijdloos design.

In de kelders van het hotel kan je de spa terugvinden. Deze bestaat uit een sparuimte die privaat af te huren is, alsook een behandelingsruimte waar de gasten kunnen relaxen na het ontdekken van Antwerpen.

Hotel Julien biedt verschillende massages en facials aan, alsook enkele verwenpakketten.

As a Spa Therapist, you will have final responsibility for all operational activities in the Spa. During duo treatments, you will work closely with other therapists to provide guests with the best possible service and experience. Specifically, you will be
responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for performing standard procedures and having knowledge of spa treatments in accordance with company standards and legislation
• You will go to great lengths to ensure guest satisfaction
• Responsible for welcoming Spa guests and ensuring that perfect service is always provided to (hotel) guests
• Manage the operation of the spa and the spa shop (stock management, etc.)
• Strive to achieve financial targets through upselling of spa products
• Manage and follow up on guest feedback
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a correct preparation and setup of treatment rooms
• Maintain order, cleanliness and hygiene in the spa
• Following and maintaining the hotels procedures
• Providing advice and guidance to guests with specific (physical) concerns

Qualifications
The Spa Therapist always works in the interests of the guests and in collaboration with the entire team. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Language skills in English and Dutch, both spoken and written. Any additional languages are a plus.
• This position is on a self-employed basis (freelance / zelfstandige in hoofd- of bijberoep)
• Enthusiastic, flexible and service-minded
• Relevant work experience in a hotel or luxury spa is a plus
• Able to work under time pressure
• Results-oriented
• Well-groomed appearance, neatness and accuracy
• Solution-oriented and hands-on mentality
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
