A day in the life of…

As Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You need to be able to communicate in Dutch, reason why the next criteria is written in Dutch:

• Basis kennis computer is vereist om successen te boeken in deze rol.
• Ervaring binnen de front office/ hotellerie is gewenst om de gewenste stap naar multi competent werken te kunnen maken.
• Je hebt de drive en enthousiasme om ‘het anders gaan doen’ en waar te maken;
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal is een must. Spreek jij ook Duits en/ of Spaans? Dat zou een extra plus zijn.
• Deze woorden passen bij jou: oog voor detail, service- en oplossingsgericht, teamplayer, pro-actief, out-of-the-box, authentiek, ownership.
