Indoor Sales Executive - Dutch/French/English Speaker

Your position: You will work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly targets. You will be passionate about developing yourself as a sales professional and will be keen to tap into a wider network and community where you can sharpen and develop your skills!

About the role:

The position will include (non-exhaustive):

• Generating new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
• Promoting the newly refurbished hotel to the different segments.
• Contributing to the development of company sales initiatives.
• Implementing sales action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
• Contracting of new and existing accounts.
• Support meeting room sales.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction in all dealings.

About You:

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in the hotel industry in a commercial function (Sales, Front Office or Banqueting and Events).
• You have a good knowledge of the local market.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Sales-oriented, with a sense of urgency and persistence.
• Self motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Excellent organization and planning skills and can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible - we are an independent company that moves and reacts fast.
• A degree in Hotel Management or similar.

Candidates must reside in Belgium.
