As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals. You will help create a seamless, engaging, and inspiring employee experience. From driving HR initiatives to ensuring our employees have the right tools and support to succeed—you will be the go-to person for all things HR! This role is for 3 to 4 days a week.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
• Be a mentor and support junior HR team members
• Lead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happy
• Help managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thrive
• Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, using our HiBob system
• Manage HR admin and system compliance tasks
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Provide support on absenteeism, sick leave, and employee well-being
• Act as a trusted advisor, responding to internal and external HR inquiries

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / Executive or similar role
• Experience working in an HR role within a matrix organization
• Strong knowledge of Belgium labor law
• Fluency in Dutch & English (essential)
