JOB SCOPE:

• The G&E coordinator is responsible for handling events and room group inquiries.
• You inform our guests about facilities and pricings.
• You will handle all requests from A-Z: site visit, offers, deposits, contracts and communicate to all departments of our hotel to ensure smooth organization of events.
• You are all day long in contact with potential clients.
