As our Front Of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the front desk. Collaborating closely with the management team, your responsibilities will include supervising front desk staff, managing check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for overseeing F&B operations in the bar area, including inventory management, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional guest service. Lead our team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
