About the role
The Lounge Attendant is at the heart of the customer experience. From delivering exceptional service to ensuring the lounge is consistently well-presented, this role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to prioritise daily tasks while always keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do.
If you have bartending or cocktail experience, you will operate in a multi-functional role with varied responsibilities throughout the week. Some shifts will focus on customer service, while others will centre on crafting cocktails for guests.
The Lounge Attendant is an adaptable individual who can perform both functions to an exceptional standard, ensuring passengers enjoy a welcoming, friendly, and seamless environment.

About you
- At least 2 years’ experience within a customer-focused environment
- Previous hospitality or catering experience is an advantage
- Ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Natural customer service mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours: shifts operate on a variable roster between 05:15 and 22:00, including weekdays and weekends
- Experience in the catering/hospitality industry, with both practical and theoretical knowledge (bartending/mixology is a plus)
- Strong conversational English and French; Dutch is an asset
Key areas of responsibility
- Deliver excellent service and an outstanding customer experience to all lounge guests
- Manage passenger requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness with strong attention to detail
- Ensure front- and back-of-house duties are completed to company standards
