As a Front Office Receptionist with F&B responsibilities, you are at the heart of the guest experience. You are the first friendly welcome, the helpful point of contact throughout the stay, and a visible presence in both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. You enjoy variety, guest interaction, and working in a dynamic hotel environment where no two days are the same.

A day in the life of...

In this polyvalent role, you combine Front Office Reception duties with occasional support of the Food & Beverage-team, ensuring smooth operations and a warm, professional guest experience at all times.

Your responsibilities include:

Front Office

  • You warmly welcome our guests and manage a seamless check-in and check-out process in accordance with Marriott quality standards.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests, professionally resolving concerns and feedback with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • You handle reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles in the property management system Opera.
  • You drive guest experience and sales by actively promoting all hotel facilities and services.

Food & Beverage

  • You assist in breakfast and bar service as required, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • You serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner, upholding Marriott's hospitality standards.
  • You maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized F&B environment at all times.
  • You support the team during peak moments and special events to ensure high-quality service.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you are guest-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic hotel environment where service quality and flexibility go hand in hand. You enjoy taking ownership and contributing actively to both Front Office and F&B operations. You bring:

  • Proven experience in Front Office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (hotel experience is a strong asset).
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering a warm, personalized guest experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle guest requests, complaints, and unexpected situations in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
  • The flexibility to combine Front Office and Food & Beverage duties, depending on operational needs.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a valuable plus.
  • A professional and composed attitude, even during busy moments or peak periods.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a reliable and supportive team player.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
