To further strengthen our commercial strategy, we are looking for a Revenue & Business Intelligence Manager who will play a key role in maximizing revenue performance across the hotel while supporting data-driven decision making across departments.
Your Role
- As Revenue & Business Intelligence Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing the hotel’s overall revenue strategy while providing analytical insights that support strategic decisions across the business.
- You work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the General Manager, and the commercial team to optimize pricing strategies, distribution channels, and business mix.
- Beyond traditional rooms revenue management, you will also support the hotel with data analysis and performance insights related to F&B revenue, event inventory, and broader commercial initiatives.
- You will support the Reservations and Events teams by providing data-driven pricing recommendations for incoming inquiries, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability while maintaining alignment with the hotel’s revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy
• Develop and execute the overall revenue management strategy of the hotel.
• Optimize pricing, availability and distribution strategies across all market segments.
• Manage room inventory and rate structures to maximize occupancy and profitability. - Forecasting & Budgeting
• Produce accurate weekly and long-term revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against targets.
• Identify risks and opportunities based on booking pace, market trends and historical data. - Market & Performance Analysis
• Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, RevPAR Index and Market Penetration.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and monitor pricing strategies within the competitive set.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to the management team. - Commercial Data & Business Intelligence
• Support management projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. - Distribution & Systems
• Manage distribution channels and ensure optimal positioning across OTA’s and direct channels.
• Oversee configuration and optimization of revenue systems and booking platforms.
• Ensure correct implementation of pricing strategies in operational systems. - Reservations & Commercial Support
• Support the Commercial team (Reservations, Events, Sales, Marketing) by providing pricing guidance and analytical insights
• Provide guidance and training to strengthen revenue awareness within the team.
• Assist the Reservations and Events teams with rate positioning and quoting requests to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Contribute to aligning reservation practices and inventory management with the overall revenue strategy of the hotel.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the commercial departments. - Leadership
• Oversee the Reservations team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Closely monitor team performance, provide coaching and training where needed, and contribute to the continuous development of procedures and standards.
• Through regular follow-up and guidance, you will help strengthen revenue awareness within the team and ensure that reservation practices support the overall commercial objectives of the hotel. - Revenue Culture
• Lead weekly Commercial meetings with the management team.
• Promote a culture of revenue awareness and data-driven decision making across the hotel.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in revenue management or commercial analysis in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with hotel systems such as:
o Opera Cloud
o SynXis
o Duetto (plus)
o Onyx
o SevenRooms - Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French or German is a plus.
- Structured, analytical and proactive.
- Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• The role can be partially remote if required.
• Regular presence at the hotel is required for collaboration with operational teams.
