Phone Operator (Student / Extra / Flexi)

Are you a motivated student or flexible worker with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality? Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp is currently looking for a Phone Operator who can also step in to support the Host and Front Office teams when needed.
Your responsibilities:

• Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls with a warm, clear, and courteous tone.
• Providing accurate information about reservations, hotel services, and guest inquiries.
• Supporting the Host team in welcoming and assisting guests during busy periods.
• Assisting Front Office with basic tasks such as guest greetings, check-in/ check out support, or luggage coordination.
• Carrying administrative duties, including mailing, bookings, and guest communication.
• Ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest from the first point of contact.
  

- You are a student, extra, or flexi available during weekends, evenings, holidays, or peak times.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- You have strong communication skills, a friendly voice, and a guest-oriented attitude.
- You remain calm and professional under pressure and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- You are well-presented, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
- You are responsible, disciplined & consistent to ensure Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp’s mission, vision & standards are met.
- Experience in hospitality or phone handling is a plus but not required — we’ll provide training.
