As General Manager, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver standout guest satisfaction and robust commercial performance. You’ll be the ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand standards and service behaviours are lived consistently, while building a high-performing culture that engages hearts and minds. Your commercial acumen will translate insights into action across revenue, profit and reputation, and your leadership will nurture talent at every level.

You’re a hands-on operator with proven leadership in hospitality—ideally at GM level or as a senior departmental leader ready for your first GM appointment. You combine resilience with empathy and can articulate a compelling vision that drives change. You’re commercially sharp, confident working with owners and brand partners in a third-party management model, and passionate about developing people. Prior experience with Marriott (or IHG/Hilton) is advantageous, but a growth mindset and brand stewardship are essential for you to succeed
