Front Office manager
Interstate Hotels & Resorts are now looking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manager to join the team at the brand new Sapphire House, Autograph Collection in Antwerp.
Lying adjacent and adjoined to the World’s first Exchange, Die Nieuwe Handelsbeurs, and set within an iconic 16th Century Rococo style architectural masterpiece, this sumptuous hotel will boast 139 bedrooms, a destination restaurant and impressive events space.
As Front Office Manager you will lead the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience at all times in line with the Interstate core values:
"Be Your Best Self" - Assist in the development and achievement of sales targets in line with the annual budget through identifying and driving sales leads.
"Do The Right Thing" - Ensure all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently, achieving the best revenue streams at all times.
"Think Like A Guest, Act Like An Owner" - Maximise sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions and most importantly drive guest loyalty through the recognised brand recognition programme.
"Think We Not Me" - Oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industy, preferrably in a branded property. The Front Office team are usually the first point of contact we have with our guests and therefore you will be well adept in overseeing a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience at all times. It is essential that you have experience working with a Central Reservations System and have excellent communication skills.
