What are you going to do?

• The Bell boy or girl greets and escorts arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations, retrieving and transporting their luggage.
• He/She visually inspects rooms and acquaints each guest with room and features.
• You respond to the guest requests.
• You organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area and according to the procedures of your hotel-management.
• Every encounter with a guest should be helpful and cordial. You call the guests by name , you are polite and service-minded.
• You always serve with a smile.
• Other departments can call upon your help when the hotel is busy or housekeeping and maintenance crews are short-handed.
